How do I create a SearchAgent?

By setting up a SearchAgent, you increase your chances of finding a new home that meets all your criteria. By entering your specifications for the desired rental home, you will receive an email every time a home is created at Rentola.

How do I use the filtering tool?

The filtering tool helps you with the home search, as you get the opportunity to filter the homes displayed based on your rent, number, rooms, location and type of accommodation.

How do I report a property ad?

By reporting a property ad you help yourself, the other customers and us. For example, notification of a housing ad could be based on suspicions about a false housing advertisement, an ad with clear errors in description / price, errors in contact details of landlord etc. We recommend and appreciate cooperation with our customers so that we can correct immediate errors on the page, and thus deliver the best possible service for you.

How do I cancel my subscription?

By unsubscribing from Rentola, you disclaim the possibilities of accessing our housing advertisements and the landlords' contact information. To cancel your subscription, you need to sign in. Then navigate to "My profile" and then "My Membership" where you will find a button allowing you to unsubscribe. Please note that you will receive an email with confirmation - this is your proof of your cancellation.
