Gustaf is a 9-floor building consisting of homes in range 24,5 – 59,5 square meters. Floors are durable vinyl plank and bathrooms are of ceramic tile. Smaller apartments (24,5 – 36 m2) are equipped with 2-unit induction stove, micro-oven combination, integrated dishwasher and a fridge with a freezer compartment. Bigger apartments have a 4-unit induction stove, integrated oven and dishwasher, fridge-freezer and a place for a microwave oven. In bathroom there is a place for a laundry washer and drying machine and a heated floor that is attached to the apartment’s electricity contract. There is either a terrace or a glass-sheltered balcony in every apartment. Some of the 2nd floor apartments have also a yard. The building offers the tenants with a sauna, laundry room, drying room and a trolley storage room. Each apartment has an individual storage that can be locked. For 60€/month there is limited availability for a parking space. As a resident you have also access to ecological Tesla Model 3 shared car, found in the parking lot. The rental agreement is valid until further notice, with a notice period of one month. The security deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent. The water prepayment 20 €/person/month, which is adjusted based on consumption once a year .
