A limited number of parking spaces are also available for rent. The rental agreement is valid until further notice, with a notice period of one month. The deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent. Water payment 15€/ person / month. The tenant is responsible for arranging their own electricity contract and committed to taking out comprehensive home insurance.
