On the attic floor there is a sauna, as well as storage rooms for the apartments. In the basement there is a laundry room with dryer and mangles, as well as a bike storage for shared use. A limited number of parking spaces are also available for rent. The rental agreement is valid until further notice, with a notice period of one month. The deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent. Water payment 15€/ person / month. The tenant is responsible for arranging their own electricity contract and committed to taking out comprehensive home insurance. The rent includes 10M internet connection. Broad smoking ban on all new leases: no smoking in apartments, balconies, public areas and yards. Pets are allowed. The right to make changes is reserved.
