Asunto Oy Turun Harppuunan Ankkuri sijaitsee Sataman asuinalueella, noin 5 minuutin kävelymatkan etäisyydellä Turun jokirannasta ja noin 10 minuutin ajomatkan päässä keskustasta. Modernien kerrostalojen lisäksi alueella sijaitsee historiallinen Turun Linna torneineen. Asukkailla on mahdollisuus vuokrata autopaikka Aimoparkin hallinnoimasta Harppuunaparkista. Vuokrasopimus tehdään toistaiseksi voimassa olevaksi, jonka ensimmäinen mahdollinen irtisanomisajankohta on 11 kuukauden kuluttua sopimuksen alkamisesta. Vuokravakuus on 1 kuukauden vuokraa vastaava ja vain rahavakuus. Vesiennakkomaksu 20 €/hlö/kk. Tasataan vuosittain kulutuksen mukaan. Vuokraan sisältyy DNA:n 10M laajakaistayhteys.
