Vuokrasopimus tehdään toistaiseksi voimassa olevaksi, jonka ensimmäinen mahdollinen irtisanomisajankohta on 11 kuukauden kuluttua sopimuksen alkamisesta. Vuokravakuus on 1 kuukauden vuokraa vastaava ja vain rahavakuus. Vesiennakkomaksu 20 €/hlö/kk. Tasataan vuosittain kulutuksen mukaan. Vuokraan sisältyy DNA:n 10M laajakaistayhteys.
