Alueelta löytyy kattavat palvelut ja hyvät kulkuyhteydet Tampereen keskustaan, omalla autolla vain noin 20 minuuttia. Asumismukavuutta tuo kaikissa asunnoissa oleva oma sauna sekä parveke tai terassi. Astianpesukone voidaan hankkia asuntoon asukkaan muutettua, mikäli asunnossa ei sitä jo ole valmiina.
Vuokrasopimus on toistaiseksi voimassa oleva, irtisanomisaika AHVL:n mukainen yksi kuukausi. Vakuus kuukauden vuokraa vastaava. Ei erillistä vesimaksua. Taloyhtiölaajakaistan perusnopeus 10 M sisältyy vuokraan. Lemmikit sallittu, tupakointi huoneiston sisätiloissa ja yleisissä tiloissa on kielletty. Vuokralainen tekee oman sähkösopimuksen ja sitoutuu ottamaan kotivakuutuksen.

The area offers comprehensive services and good transport connections to Tampere city centre, only about 20 minutes by private car. All apartments have an own sauna and a balcony or terrace for added comfort. A dishwasher can be acquired to the available apartments if not already installed.
The rental agreement is valid until further notice, with a notice period of one calendar month. The security deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent. The water payment is included in the rent. The tenant is responsible for arranging their own electricity agreement and is required to have an extensive home insurance.
The rent includes 10M internet connection. Smoking is prohibited in the apartments and public areas. Pets are allowed. The right to make changes is reserved.
