For outdoor enthusiasts and hobbyists, the area provides excellent opportunities, and the Keljo Shopping Center offers a wide range of services just a couple of kilometers away. Shared facilities to support everyday life: Residents have access to sauna facilities, a gym, bicycle storage, a club room, a drying room, and private storage units for each apartment – everything needed for smooth daily living. Rental Terms: The rental agreement is valid until further notice, with the first possible termination date five months after the lease begins. Tenants are responsible for their own electricity contract and must take out comprehensive home and liability insurance. Pets are allowed. The property is gradually transitioning to a smoke-free environment. Lease agreements for new residents prohibit smoking inside the apartment, on the balcony, and in the apartment’s yard area.
