Vuokrasopimus on toistaiseksi voimassa oleva, irtisanomisaika AHVL:n mukainen yksi kuukausi. Vakuus kuukauden vuokraa vastaava. Ei erillistä vesimaksua. Taloyhtiölaajakaistan perusnopeus 10 M sisältyy vuokraan. Lemmikit sallittu,tupakointi huoneiston sisätiloissa ja yleisissä tiloissa on kielletty. Vuokralainen tekee oman sähkösopimuksen ja sitoutuu ottamaan kotivakuutuksen. Oikeudet muutoksiin pidätetään.
